We greet you in the name of our Lord and SAVIOUR Jesus Christ! We are thankful for your support for this Prayer Garden project which was approved by the Church Council in 2020. This project is aligned with our Vision Statement: To be a church without walls. We welcome you to come, sit, pray, meditate, reflect, or just to spend some quiet time in the Prayer Garden.
The CUMC Prayer Garden is located on the west lawn of the church’s grounds, strategically built around the existing three crosses. The Prayer Garden includes a 6’ wide brick wheelchair accessible walkway leading from the parking lot to the garden, where there are garden benches for seating, a variety of flowering plants, and solar-powered pathway lights.
Future plans include adding up-lighting fixtures to illuminate the walkway and the center cross at night.
We invite you to honor or memorialize your loved ones with the purchase of a commemorative brick. These bricks can be engraved with a personalized message. Please complete an order form below or email a a copy of the order form.
