Welcome to Clinton United Methodist Church

Brick Campaign

CUMC Prayer Garden Brick Fundraiser

Thank you for finding us! You did not find us by mistake.  The Clinton United Methodist Church (CUMC) Family is excited about making disciples for Jesus Christ, and has been doing so since its inception on October 31, 1965.  Jesus says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit...” Matthew 28:19 (NIV).

As the pastor of a multi-cultural, inter-generational congregation, I welcome you to visit us real soon.  CUMC offers two opportunities for worship – 8:00 am and 10:30 am on Sunday mornings.  You’re invited to join us for one of the worship experiences.

Every Sunday, parents are encouraged to bring their children to worship, however; a nursery is provided for children through the fourth grade.

The two Sacraments recognized in the United Methodist Church are: Holy Communion (The Lord’s Supper, Eucharist) and Baptism.  Holy Communion is celebrated on the first and third Sundays at both worship services and infant and child Baptism is celebrated as requested by the parent(s).  To schedule a baptism, please call the church office, (301) 868-1281.
